Can I get prints of pieces that aren't listed in the store?
Sure! Just add the Unlisted Print product to your cart. You can tell me which print(s) you want by clicking the Add Note to Seller option while checking out through Paypal.
Why is a certain print only available in certain sizes?
All of my art is printed at 300 dpi, so some of the file sizes prevent certain pieces from being printed larger than 8.5 x 11". I can technically pull it off and sacrifice quality, but I'd prefer that it be on a case by case basis. Drop me a note using the contact form if you're still interested.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
All packages are shipping using USPS Priority Mail- domestic shipping within the United States is $4.00, and international is $14.00.
When is my order going to ship?
I try to send out orders once a week- usually a Wednesday is the best bet- unless I'm traveling or particularly busy with work. Please make sure you enter your correct address while checking out through Paypal so things go smoothly- the page should look something like this.
Can I expedite an order?
Sure! If you've got a deadline to meet, just let me know and I can rush to get your order shipped out the next day. If you need Express overnight shipping, I'll get right on it and invoice you for the difference.
I received the wrong prints! Is there anything I can do to get the correct ones?
Whoops! I very occasionally mix up orders when I'm shipping them, so I'm happy to send out replacement orders when that happens. No need to send back the incorrect prints you received, as it's easier for me and you to just leave them where they are. :)
My print arrived damaged! Is there anything I can do to replace it?
If one of your prints is damaged during shipping, just drop me a note using the contact form and I'll send you a replacement ASAP.
